Additionally, it stabilizes the spin axis, enhancing

a hemispherical shape.
A molding device consists of upper and
lower molds with hemispherical cavities inserted, and
a middle mold with hemispherical protrusions positioned on the
upper and lower surfaces.
The inner core is inserted into the hemispherical outer layer.
The outer layer is molded into a hemispherical shape.
The inner core is positioned at the
center after the first molding.
The inner core is positioned at the
center of the molded hemispherical outer layer after the
second molding.
