Volvik In PGA Show 10th
Korean golf brand Volvik (CEO Seung-Seok Hong) will participate in the PGA Merchandise Show (PGA Show) for the 10th time, becoming the first Korean golf equipment company to do so.
The PGA Show will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., for three days from April 24 (KST). This will be Volvik's 10th appearance at the PGA Show since 2012, the only domestic golf equipment company to do so.
In 2020, Volvik, which is returning for the first time in four years after the coronavirus pandemic, plans to go beyond being Korea's leading golf brand to become a brand of smart innovators in the global market based on its product technology and original design.
At the PGA Show, Volvik will introduce the world's first urethane ball with a new white carbon material, Condor, which was launched in the second half of last year, as well as Vivid Combi, Crystal Combi, and the new concept ball Vista 3 Prism 360, which have been making waves in the global market. In addition, Volvik will introduce a new range of products, including the all-new '24, a collaboration with recycled products brand Kanatei, and a new brand, GEARDOT, which will be introduced for the first time at the show.
Volvik plans to use the PGA Show to accelerate its international expansion. In the second half of last year, the Volvik USA subsidiary was rebuilt from the ground up, especially the first factory, which was destroyed by fire a year ago, into a state-of-the-art smart factory. Volvik is capable of producing 4 million seasons per year, including the only in-house ball production in Korea. In particular, Volvik plans to maximize the fun factor by providing innovative products to golfers around the world with its core technology, DUAL CORE TECHNOLOGY, and cutting-edge material research.
Volvik officials said that they will promote the excellence of K-Golf to the world at the PGA Show, and that they will fulfill their mission as a golf brand that raises the status of Korea overseas by introducing innovative products that will draw attention to the world following the world's first matte color ball Vivid craze in the past.
